If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns/Exchanges

1. You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you receive it.

2. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

3. You will need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original form of payment. You will receive the credit within in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

3. Restocking Fee of 15% – 30% will be charged depending on item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
