OFFICE SPACE IS EXPENSIVE.

LET US PUT YOURS TO WORK FOR YOU.

A 2,000 sq. ft. office space in Grapevine, TX, costs about $3,333/mo. Grapevine businesses have to pay well for good office space. But even the best office is useless unless its accents are carefully designed to complement your business. Great. Another enormous amount to pay before your office is satisfactory. See no escape from this dilemma? We have one: “Call us.”

GRAPEVINE, A HISTORY

Grapevine was founded in 1845 by Archibald F. Leonard, who moved there with the Missouri colony after purchasing the land. The settlement was first christened Cross Timbers, then everything from Grape Vine Springs to Leonardville was considered and eliminated. At last, the town was officially laid out in 1854, and a post office was erected.

The name the town holds today was given them by Judge Morehead, who thought that the town should be named for Grape Vine Prairie. This prairie was in turn named for Grape Vine Springs, which had been based on Grapevine Creek. Overall, the new little town of Grape Vine found itself in good company.

Stores and churches and schools burst forth into flower in Grapevine, and by 1890 the town had 800 residents. The Grapevine Sun newspaper was established in the 1890s, and by the turn of the century, the St. Louis Southwestern Railway chugged faithfully through the town.

The town officially became Grapevine—one word, not two—in January 1914. 1914 saw a population of 1,200 residents. Businesses included banks, post offices, grocers and hotels. The town had incorporated by 1936.

In 1974 the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport sprouted on the southeastern limits of the City of Grapevine. Just as it has helped many other cities, the Airport increased Grapevine’s size and boosted its economy all throughout the twentieth century.

Today, Grapevine is a vast colleague to Dallas, with an economy intertwined with that huge metropolis. Grapevine businesses prosper as the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport brings thousands of customers daily into the Grapevine area. We want to help offices reflect the pride of Grapevine with our furniture and services. That’s why we offer you the best choices for your office’s appearance. Don’t thank us; it’s our tribute to the stellar City of Grapevine.
